We deliver across Utah. We ship to 48 states (Mon–Wed only).
🎁 Jar cupcakes ship in boxes of 6 or 12—great for gifting!
Delivery Windows: 10am–1pm • 1pm–4pm • 4pm–7pm (times not guaranteed)
🧁 Mini Cupcakes
Yes! $1 less than regular size. Minimum: 1 dozen per flavor. 24-hour notice required.
❄️ Cupcake Storage
Refrigerate cold cupcakes only. Room temp? Wrap the box in plastic and leave on the counter.

💵 Refund & Cancellation Policy
🧁 Orders: All orders must be paid in full when placed.
⏰ Cancellation
- BEFORE 48 hours notice: You’ll receive a full refund in store credit to use anytime.
- AFTER 48 hours: A 30% fee will be applied, and the rest will be given as store credit.
- No-shows: Once your order has been prepared and not picked up, we’re unable to offer refunds or credit.
💳 Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are given as store credit only — no cash refunds.
- If there’s ever a concern with your order, please bring it back within 24 hours so we can make it right.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.

Yes! Host your party at Cravings—we handle setup & cleanup. Includes cupcake + gift for the guest of honor.
