 Does Cravings have quantity discounts?
Inside the shop our discounts apply on quantity but online our discounts apply on sales.  Our quantity discount ONLY applies on CUPCAKES & GOODIES!  To get your coupon code please go to DISCOUNTS
 Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up?

Of course! The best way to place an order is through our ONLINE ordering system. However, you can also contact us at our shop Monday - Friday between 10am to 4pm and our Manager would be happy to assist you with placing an order over the phone.  Or you can email us at cravingscupcakesutah@gmail.com Please note that, due to the high volume of orders that we fulfill during peak periods, we may occasionally be unable to accommodate your preferred order date and time.

 Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
Absolutely when circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes as a walk-in customer. 
 If I placed a pre-order, do I have to wait in line?

NOPE! All pre orders go to the front of the line!!!!! If you placed a pre-order, you can walk right to the front of the line and one of Cravings team members would be happy to assist you and retrieve your order.

 Do I need to pre-pay?

We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone. 

 Can I order a flavor that is not available the month I will be picking up my cupcakes?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the selection of flavors available on our menu on the day of your order. However, we do make exceptions for large catering or corporate orders of 4 dozen or more per flavor. Please contact us at cravingscupcakesutah@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you with your order.
 Does Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes deliver locally and ship nationwide?
Yes! Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes delivers all over Utah! For delivery inquires  not located on our site please contact us at cravingscupcakesutah@gmail.com We also ship to the lower 48 States via US Postal Office Priority Shipping. The minimum order for delivery or nationwide shipping is 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
 What is the earliest time I can have my cupcakes delivered?
Our earliest three-hour delivery window is 10am to 1pm. Our latest delivery window is 4pm to 7pm. Please note that, during peak delivery periods, Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes may occasionally be unable to accommodate your specific requested delivery window.
 Can I have my cupcakes shipped to me?
Yes! Our gift boxes contains 6 or 12 of our most popular cupcakes baked in a jar, packaged, and shipped. To order yours shop here

 Does Cravings Alishas Cupcakes sell mini cupcakes?

Yes, we do offer mini cupcakes! Mini cupcakes(must order by the dozen, per flavor and must pre order 24 hour prior) - Are a $1 less than our standard size cupcake.

Our "Standard Size" cupcake which you can grab inside our shop anytime, is about double the size of a store bought "standard size" cupcake

Our Mini's are about the same size as a store bought standard size cupcake.

 How do I store my cupcakes?
ONLY REFRIGERATE OUR COLD CUPCAKES! Refrigerating our room temperature cupcakes will dry them out. We specialize in making all of our cupcakes from scratch and using only the finest ingredients. Our product is made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received. If you plan on storing them overnight, tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature.
 Can I reserve Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes for a private event?

Absolutely! At Cravings Alisha’s Cupcakes we help you celebrate all your special events in a very unique way. Plus, we take care of the set-up and cleanup, leaving you free to enjoy your party with your guests. Private events are also a great opportunity for corporate functions, team-building activities, or finally having that family get together you’ve been putting off.

We will reserve a place in our bakery exclusively for your party. Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes will also provide a special cupcake for the birthday gal/guy to blow out the candles and will receive a gift from us!

 Does Cravings offer anything gluten free?
Cravings is pleased to offer a large assortment of gluten-free goodies!  However, Cravings is not an allergen-free bakery. Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour on our premises, we will never be able to be a "certified" gluten free bakery.  But that being said we have many many celiac customers that have never had problems and one of our very own bakers has celiacs too!
 Does Cravings offer anything dairy free or sugar free?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. 

 If I have a nut-allergy, should I eat at Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes?
We are NOT a nut-free bakery. Many of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
 Does Cravings have a Loyalty Program?
Yes! CINCH MAKES IT EASY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP. VNO CARDS, NO APPS, JUST SIMPLE! It's a FREE texting program! We will send you a promotional text once a month and occasionally 2 times a month. It's 100% FREE and we will never share your information!  Customer joins in seconds by entering their mobile number. A few seconds after your first visit you will receive a text message with a link to complete your profile. You are not able to collect any of your rewards until you have completed your profile.
 Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
Not at all! We are happy to serve walk-in customers. But to guarantee the flavor you want we highly recommend pre ordering. For our store locations and hours, please go here

Here at Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes we pride our self on made from scratch goodness! If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date.

*We must receive the baked good back in order for a full refund to be received via in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Return Policy: CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL. WE CANNOT DO ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS. 
 Baked Good Cancellation Policy:

We require 48 hour notice to cancel an order. A full refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store or online credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Failure to receive a 48 hour notice for cancellation will result in a 30% fee that will be retained by Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).

Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit. 

 Order Policy:

We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone. 

We require a 24-hour notice for all orders placed and a 48 hour notice on all cakes.

 Cake Policy:

Cake tastings require a 50% deposit which is NON REFUNDABLE to hold the date. Free cake tastings are available for orders of $150 or more

All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund and will be refunded on a gift card for in-store or online credit.  NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 24 hours. 

We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
