|Does Cravings have quantity discounts?|
|Can I place an order by call or e-mail?|
Of course! The best way to place an order is through our online ordering system. However, you can also contact us at our shop Monday - Friday between 10am to 4pm and our Manager, Trudy will assist you with placing an order over the phone. You can email us at email@example.com with your order. Please note that, due to the high volume of orders that we fulfill during peak periods, we may occasionally be unable to accommodate your preferred order date and time.
|Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?|
|If I order online, do I have to wait in line to pick it up?|
Nope!! If you placed an order online, you may walk to the cashier and one of our team members will assist you in retrieving your order.
|Do I need to pre-pay?|
We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed. This includes online orders, in-store, and over the phone.

|Does Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes sell mini cupcakes?|
Yes, we do! Mini cupcakes Are a $1 less than the standard size cupcake. (Must order a dozen per flavor and must pre-order at least 24 hrs in advance.)
Our "standard size" cupcakes are about double the size of a store bought "standard size" cupcake while our "mini cupcakes" are about the same size as a store bought standard size cupcake.

|Can I reserve Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes for a private event?|
Absolutely! At Cravings Alisha’s Cupcakes we help you celebrate all your special events in a very unique way. We take care of the set up and clean up, leaving you free to enjoy your party with your guests. Private events are also a great opportunity for corporate functions, team-building activities, or finally having that family get together you’ve been putting off.
We will reserve a place in our bakery exclusively for your party. Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes will also provide a special cupcake for the birthday gal/guy to blow out the candles and they will also receive a gift from us!

At Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes we pride ourselves for our made from scratch goodness! If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we ask that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used on a future purchase.
*We must receive the baked good back in order for a full refund to be received via in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.Return Policy: CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL. WE CANNOT DO ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS.
|Baked Good Cancellation Policy:|
We require 48 hour notice to cancel an order. A full refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store or online credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Failure to receive a 48 hour notice for cancellation will result in a 30% fee that will be retained by Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).
Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or given in-store credit.
We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone.
We require a 24-hour notice for all orders placed and a 48 hour notice on all cakes.
Cake tastings require a 50% deposit which is NON REFUNDABLE to hold the date. Free cake tastings are available for orders of $150 or more
All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the customer receiving 50% of the payment that will be refunded on a gift card for in-store or online credit. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes after they leave our bakery or after being delivered.
