Here’s my take on the Disney-inspired Star Wars Wookie Cookies!
Many of you mentioned the Wookie Cookie was a little on the dry side… and honestly, I agreed!
So I went back to the kitchen, tweaked the ingredients, adjusted the baking time, and made it way softer, chewier, and everything but dry!!!!!
What did I change?
• Softened butter, ❌not melted!
• Whole-grain oats, ❌not instant!
• Lower baking time!
Your cookies might look a little doughy when you pull them out, but if the bottoms are lightly golden brown, they’re done!
I use our signature cream cheese frosting from the shop, but you can use whatever you like — cream cheese frosting, buttercream, marshmallow cream — whatever sounds good!
We will have these in the shop May 2nd & 3rd! Make your own or preorder here!
