Ingredients

WHITE CHOCOLATE DRIP

  • 6 oz white chocolate I prefer Guittard white chocolate wafers
  • 1 oz BOILING HOT Water

CHOCOLATE DRIP

  • 6 oz chocolate I use Guittard semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1.5 oz BOILING HOT Water
  • Microwave chocolate for 1 minute.
  • Add boiling hot water.  Sit for 5 min, making sure your chocolate is completely covered with water.
  • After 5 minutes, whisk until smooth.
  • Add in gel food coloring if desired.
