WATER GANACHE DRIP

  • 6 oz White Chocolate, I prefer Guittard White Chocolate Wafers
    In a small microwavable bowl, 6 oz wafers🠔Heat 1 minute 
  • 1.5 oz BOILING HOT Water
    Add boiling water to heated chocolate. 
    Sit for 5 min, making sure your chocolate is completely covered in water.
    After 5 minutes, whisk until smooth.

    ⭐Add in gel coloring if desired.
