Ingredients
WHITE CHOCOLATE DRIP
- 6 oz white chocolate I prefer Guittard white chocolate wafers
- 1 oz BOILING HOT Water
CHOCOLATE DRIP
- 6 oz chocolate I use Guittard semi-sweet chocolate
- 1.5 oz BOILING HOT Water

Microwave chocolate for 1 minute.

Add boiling hot water. Sit for 5 min, making sure your chocolate is completely covered with water.
- After 5 minutes, whisk until smooth.
- Add in gel food coloring if desired.
