GLUTEN FREE YEAST DONUTS

PADDLE, small mixer Makes around 10 🍩

  • 1 ½  Cups🥛Milk (warm)
  • 6 TBSP  Butter (melted)
  • 3🥚Eggs 
  • 1 ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 1 ½ TBSP Yeast
  • 2 ½ Cups GF Bread Flour (any cup for cup) you can buy our mix here
  • 2 TBSP + ¾ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
Mixing the Dough:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add ALL the ingredients. YES, EVERYTHING!
  2. On low speed, mix for 1 minute until thickened.
  3. 🛑 STOP the machine and SCRAPE the sides of the bowl.
  4. Change to medium speed and mix for 4 min. ⭐ It should be smooth and thick. ⭐

SPRAY PARCHMENT PAPER  & inside pastry bag! THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT OR THE DOUGH WILL STICK

Pipe donuts onto a sheet pan.

Let rise for 30- 45 min at room temp or Refrigerate overnight to rise.

🔥Heat oil to 325°F.🔥

Fry until the dough is golden brown on both sides.

About 60 to 90 seconds per side.

Let cool for 2-3 min, glaze & eat warm

DONUT GLAZE:

  • ½ Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Cups Powdered sugar
  • Enough milk to thin, (about 3 TBSP)
  • Pinch of salt

Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. Add the powdered sugar and stir to form a thick paste. Thin out the paste with milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is about as thick as school glue.
