12.7 oz pistachio butter (about 1 ½ cups)
Pinch of salt
¼ cup sugar

On separate lined sheet pans:
Spread the pastry evenly on one pan and the coconut on another.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown & crisp.

Mix pistachio butter, salt, & sugar until smooth. Stir in the toasted pastry.

Assembly Instructions

Bake brownies
Bake your brownies as usual… let them cool enough to handle.
Spread the Dubai Chocolate Filling evenly over the baked brownie layer.
Melt 2 cups milk chocolate chips until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over the filling… spread evenly with a knife or spatula.
Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight (until chocolate is firm).

Storage & Shelf Life

🧊 Refrigerator: Up to 5 days
Store tightly covered or in an airtight container
You can let them sit at room temp for 1–2 hours before serving

❄️ Freezer: Up to 2 months (best quality)
Wrap tightly, Then place in an airtight container or freezer bag

Thawing Instructions:
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator Or thaw at room temperature for 30–60 minutes
Do not microwave… it softens the chocolate shell too fast and ruins the layers

⚠️ Texture note (important for honesty)
Freezing is safe… but the chocolate shell may lose a bit of snap after thawing
Flavor stays great… just slightly softer on top
