- 4 LARGE EGGS
- 2 Cups SUGAR
- 1 TBSP VANILLA
In a small mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
On HIGH speed, mix for⏲️3️ minutes.
While this is mixing, start the next steps.
- 1 1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP🧈 BUTTER melted
- 1 Cup + 2 TBSP COCOA
In a small bowl, microwave 🧈butter until completely melted.
Add cocoa & whisk by hand until completely smooth.
Add to the sugar/🥚egg mixture.
On a MEDIUM speed, mix for ⏲️1 minute. 🛑STOP the machine
SCRAPE the sides of the bowl
- ½ Cup FLOUR
Add flour, on MEDIUM speed, mix for⏲️30 sec🛑STOP mixer.
SCRAPE, on HIGH speed, mix for⏲️30 sec🛑STOP mixer.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 Baking Pan.
⏲️Bake for 20 min, 🔄FLIP⏲️Bake 20 Min
⭐Depending on your oven, might take longer or shorter time.
👉🏼OPTIONS: add chocolate frosting, cream cheese frosting, chocolate chips or eat them with ice cream, my favorite way!

Super delicious but at 40 minutes my brownies were almost burned. I would try 30 and go from there.
