BROWNIES

Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  • 1 lb 3 oz🥚Liquid EGGS (2 ¼ Cups)
  • 3 lbs SUGAR (6 Cups)
  • 3 TBSP VANILLA

    In a small mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    On HIGH speed, mix for⏲️3️ minutes.
    While this is mixing, start the next steps.

    • 1 BLOCK + 2 TBSP🧈BUTTER ⏲️(~2 min 30 sec) (2 ¼ Cup + 2 TBSP) 
    • 12 oz COCOA (3 ⅓ Cups)

    In a small bowl, microwave 🧈butter until completely melted.
    Add cocoa & whisk by hand until completely smooth.
    Add to the sugar/🥚egg mixture.
    On a MEDIUM speed, mix for ⏲️1 minute. 🛑STOP the machine
    SCRAPE the sides of the bowl

    • 1 ½ Cups FLOUR

    Add flour, on MEDIUM speed, mix for⏲️30 sec🛑STOP mixer.
    SCRAPE, on HIGH speed, mix for⏲️30 sec🛑STOP mixer.
    Line a ½ SHEET PAN (13X18) with parchment paper.
    Spray sides of the pan.
    ⏲️Bake for 20 min, 🔄FLIP⏲️Bake 20 Min

    ⭐Depending on your oven, might take longer or shorter time.

    👉🏼OPTIONS: add chocolate frosting, cream cheese frosting, chocolate chips or eat them with ice cream, my favorite way!

    While many people swear by Ghirardelli brownies, (including me🙋🏻‍♀️) my recipe comes in at a close second.
