INGREDIENTS:
•2 Cups Heavy Cream
•1 1/2 cup whole milk
•1 Cup Sugar
•⅛ tsp salt
•1 TBSP Vanilla Extract

⇢⅛ tsp salt
In a small saucepan: combine 1 cup of the cream, sugar, & salt.
Bring the mixture to a small boil, until the sugar dissolves.
⇢ 1 Cup Heavy Cream
⇢ 1 1/2 cup whole milk
⇢1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
Remove from the heat and add the remaining cream, milk, & vanilla. Stir to combine and chill in the refrigerator.
* Pour cream mixture into prepared ice cream maker. I used Cuisinart 1 1/2 quart ice cream maker.
It took about 15-20 minutes.
* For soft serve: scoop immediately
* For scooped ice cream, store in an airtight container in the freezer for 6 hours up to overnight.
OPTIONS: add 1 TBSP INSTANT coffee in the hot mixture.
2 cups cheesecake, brownies, cookie dough, Oreos!
Mix in a cup of chocolate ganache, caramel, the mix ins are endless!!!!!
