This Parmesan crusted chicken recipe has everything. It's extremely moist, the great taste of Parmesan, and a little crunchiness.
You can never have enough great chicken breast recipes.
I love to serve this with pasta & broccoli. I also will serve it with rice & mashed potatoes!
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Cheese
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey Sriracha Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 TBSP crushed garlic
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Johnnys garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey Siracha
- 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
- TIP: I use 1 ziplock bags because I feel like the chicken tends to come out of the bag and I don't want raw chicken juice splashing all over the place.
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Cheese - I just use whatever I had. In the video I used Jalapeno jack cheese.
- Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place cheese & ham on top of each breast. Roll up each breast.
- TIP: You can use toothpicks to keep the chicken together.
- PARMESAN CRUST:
- In a bowl mix together
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey Sriracha Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- TIP: You can use whatever seasonings you have. You can use bread crumbs too!
- Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with parmesan mixture.
- Bake at 350 uncovered for 30-45 minutes. Or until chicken is NOT pink.
- Dijon Cream Sauce:
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 TBSP crushed garlic
- TIP: I just buy the big bottles of garlic from Costco. If you are using fresh garlic you would use less.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- ADD:
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Johnnys garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp Honey Siracha
- 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- TIP: You can add or not add whatever you like. The main ingredients are the garlic, butter, cream & dijon mustard.
